Sam manages day-to-day coordination with our fabrication partners, ensuring that each part meets strict quality, specification, and delivery standards. His background in Japanese manufacturing environments translates into reliable process control, well-documented inspections, and close attention to detail across machining, fabrication, and assembly operations.
Bo Huang - Thailand & Taiwan Operations Manager
Bo Huang oversees Low Cost Fab’s manufacturing operations across Thailand and Taiwan, ensuring seamless coordination between engineering teams, factory partners, and quality systems across two of Asia’s most powerful manufacturing hubs.
With extensive experience operating within both Taiwanese and Southeast Asian supplier networks, Bo brings deep regional insight into factory capabilities, compliance requirements, and production scaling. His ability to navigate cultural, technical, and logistical complexities allows Low Cost Fab clients to benefit from highly efficient manufacturing without sacrificing quality or accountability.
